If you are in crisis and feel like you need urgent support, there are many organisations that have experts available to help you 24/7. Emergency services If you require urgent medical help, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. Samaritans Support for anyone feeling down, experiencing distress, or struggling to cope.

First Response Service - Devon If you live in Devon and are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 0808 196 8708 for 24/7 support. Mental Health Matters A 24/7 helpline for anyone living in Devon experiencing mental health distress. Call 0800 470 0317. CALM Confidential helpline available from 5pm-midnight, for people who are feeling down and need to talk. Call 0800 58 58 58. SHOUT A confidential, 24/7 text service for those in crisis. Text SHOUT to 85258.
