If you are in crisis and feel like you need urgent support, there are many organisations that have experts available to help you 24/7. Emergency services If you require urgent medical help, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. Samaritans Support for anyone feeling down, experiencing distress, or struggling to cope.
